RUTCHIE REPOSO-BAUTISTA·MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2017
Animasola is an hour and a half boat ride from Inirawan Island. Again we are in the middle of the sea looking at only waters around and a few small islands nearby.
As I jumped off the boat, I was so amazed at first sight of this stunningly beautiful rock formation that all I can do is look... and made me even more mesmerized as I go around the island as we saw what could have been a sculptured sand stones by nature, a seascape sculpted by wind and water. It really makes me forgot to take pictures of my own. I was so thankful that it was just for a moment as I did come to my senses . After taking a few shots, I decided to call for someone to have these pictures... I need to be in its photo, I told myself . .
This was I think the most beautiful island among the group of Burias Islands in Masbate. The rock formation are peerless creation of nature.
We were running out of time so we can’t stay longer than 2 hours, because we still have to visit two more island from here, Tinalisayen for the famous sandbar and Sombrero Island where were supposedly to stay overnight as there are cottages and electricity maintained by a someone who is a friend of Ma’am Angel Rabino
Below is like a small pool, they called it ‘Basin’ pool and I call it a ‘Sea basin’ and Google calls it a Geographical Basin’ . We took a short stay here to take a deep and dip , swim and pictures. It has two entrances at front, it is just like a little slide from the island going down to the clear aquamarine waters and an exit going to the ocean on my right... aaah, I love to stay a few more hours but we are in a hurry.
The whole island is made up of rocks as I look around the whole island that will take only an hour, nalibot mo na sya .
" The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever "
It is time to go back to the boat as we were going to Sombrero Island, the resort owner invited us for an early dinner and the last island to visit... I took the time to wade on the seashore while hearing them calling us as its getting late, it was fun playing with waves. I think me and Resh G DG were the last to aboard the boat.
En-route to next island...
Kudos to everyone who made this experience extra ordinary, esp to AK (mam Angel Rabino).
... next stop, Sombrero Island. See you .
