AnimaSola island: Ending 2016 visiting this island

RUTCHIE REPOSO-BAUTISTA·MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2017

Animasola is an hour and a half boat ride from Inirawan Island. Again we are in the middle of the sea looking at only waters around and a few small islands nearby.

As I jumped off the boat, I was so amazed at first sight of this stunningly beautiful rock formation that all I can do is look... and made me even more mesmerized as I go around the island as we saw what could have been a sculptured sand stones by nature, a seascape sculpted by wind and water. It really makes me forgot to take pictures of my own. I was so thankful that it was just for a moment as I did come to my senses  . After taking a few shots, I decided to call for someone to have these pictures... I need to be in its photo, I told myself . .

This was I think the most beautiful island among the group of Burias Islands in Masbate. The rock formation are peerless creation of nature.

We were running out of time so we can’t stay longer than 2 hours, because we still have to visit two more island from here, Tinalisayen for the famous sandbar and Sombrero Island where were supposedly to stay overnight as there are cottages and electricity maintained by a someone who is a friend of Ma’am Angel Rabino

Below is like a small pool, they called it ‘Basin’ pool and I call it a ‘Sea basin’ and Google calls it a Geographical Basin’  . We took a short stay here to take a deep and dip  , swim and pictures. It has two entrances at front, it is just like a little slide from the island going down to the clear aquamarine waters and an exit going to the ocean on my right... aaah, I love to stay a few more hours but we are in a hurry.

The whole island is made up of rocks as I look around the whole island that will take only an hour, nalibot mo na sya  .

photo grabbed from mam Angel camera...thanks

" The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever "

It is time to go back to the boat as we were going to Sombrero Island, the resort owner invited us for an early dinner and the last island to visit... I took the time to wade on the seashore while hearing them calling us as its getting late, it was fun playing with waves. I think me and Resh G DG were the last to aboard the boat.

En-route to next island...

Kudos to everyone who made this experience extra ordinary, esp to AK (mam Angel Rabino).

... next stop, Sombrero Island. See you  .

Exploring Masinloc, Zambales

  • Meeting is at Jollibee Farmers, Cubao at 4:30am.
 We were brought to Bacala GuestHouse in the middle of the bay where it stand on a white sandbar that was shown during low tide. It has the privacy of a resort plus the pristine of white sand and blue crystal clear aquamarine waters , too shallow during low tide and above the knee during high tide and it is safe for the children and non swimmers to dip and deep and snorkeling around...yeaaah!

  • Bacala GuestHouse, Bacala Island

We stayed overnight. I actually regretted for not being able to swim as soon as we arrived as I was thinking of how I will rinse after the swim. It is too late to know that at around 10pm when ‘mamang bankero’ offered us to his home in Bacala Island for fresh water rinsing :((. Nevertheless, I promised myself to make ‘bawi’ as I will go swimming as early as 5am :)) till we leave to the next island and I really did that because I woke up as early as 4:30am hihihi.

while they were still sleeping :)

  • Armada Resort, MAGALAWA Island

“ Magalawa Island can be found off the coast of Palauig, Zambales. It has a strip of white sandy beach that’s about seven kilometers long. There’s a large coral reef in the island, which is perfect for snorkeling. There’s a lot of starfish in the area as well. See if you can pick out all the different-colored starfishes available. There are two resorts in the island—the Ruiz Resort and the Armada Resort—for accommodations.” SOURCE: Google

  • Coto Kidz Pool, Coto Mines Mountain Resort

“Coto Mines Mountain Resort is nestled within a mountainous terrain of primary and secondary growth forest of relatively unspoiled and pristine quality. The mountain forest has diverse varieties of hardwood trees and wild flowering plants, a natural habitat for birds and butterflies, and fertile hunting ground for wild boars, deers and eels. The resort is accessible from the town's national highway through a 40-minute drive along a 27-km winding road. Facilities include 16 guestrooms, family cottages, conference room for 20 - 50 persons, bowling, basketball, volleyball courts, medical clinic, canteen, videoke bar,, wet market, convenience store and kids' pool.                               : Source: Google

Stopped in the middle of 'I don't know where' before reaching the gate entrance to COTO mines

Coto Kidz Pool is not just for kids, this precisely for adults because it is too deep than how it looks like. But no worries there are portions of the river that the children can swim around with guardian in a knee deep crystal clear waters.

I felt a little sad seeing what I saw about this place as I was imagining how beautiful maybe this place once upon a time. There was a big clinic, school, a plaza near the church, a basketball court and I heard there is also a bowling lanes, a resto and a videoke shop. We noticed that there are not a lot of people around when there are several houses of the same size and design in a row along the road on both sides. . How awesome must be this place on its prime.

                                                     ~~~~~~~~~~ oOo ~~~~~~~~~~
Thank you AK (Angel Rabino and daughters Nicx and CJ) for this another wonderful event in my life. As m’am Angel said, nobody’s a killjoy, everybody’s happy :). Salamat din Reina Agcaoili, Freshyl Guiwanon de Galicia, Janel Kim, Kay Cee for making me felt at ease :). I was so amused with Andre Mark Batiles for asking me to 'keep safe' of his phone in Ilonngo♥.
